A maximum operating time is set for each level. When a cooking zone operates at the same power level for an unusually long time, it automatically switches off.

Someone at the door? With the Stop&Go function, all cooking zones can be reduced to level one with the touch of a button. This way, the hob can be left unattended for a short time, without the food overcooking or burning. When you return to the hob, all zones are reactivated at their previous level, again with the touch of a button.
This automatic Miele setting lowers the heat from its initial level (for quick preheating) to a lower temperature (for continued cooking). This way, you won't forget to lower the heat in time, and the food won't burn. Energy is also saved.
The basic settings of the hob can be adapted to your personal preferences. For example, the response speed of the touch keys can be changed.
The hob timer helps facilitate everyday kitchen use. For example, depending on the model, you can set the duration of the cooking zones to turn off automatically or use the kitchen timer independently from the hob functions.
You accidentally turned off your hob, but you realized it immediately. If you restart it within 10 seconds, all power levels and time settings you previously selected will still be available. Your cooking process continues without interruption.
