Shipments within Greece are subject to shipping costs:
with a minimum cost of €2.5 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 2 kg
with a minimum cost of €3.3 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 3 kg
with a minimum cost of €4.1 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 4 kg
with a minimum cost of €4.9 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 5 kg
with a minimum cost of €5.7 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 6 kg
with a minimum cost of €6.5 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 7 kg
with a minimum cost of €7.3 including VAT, regardless of the order value, for up to 8 kg

ATTENTION: Remote Areas (RA) are NOT delivered to, and the customer must collect the order from the nearest partnered courier store!
For Remote Areas (RA), final shipping costs may be determined after telephone communication, following the customer's final acceptance of the transaction.
If the courier company we collaborate with does not serve your area, we are responsible for sending your order via an alternative method at no additional cost to you.
Remote and inaccessible areas are excluded, where pickup must be made from a local courier store.
If the customer enters incorrect shipping details when placing the order, resulting in an incorrect calculation of shipping costs, the additional shipping cost is borne by the customer. The order is dispatched within 10 (ten) working days from the date of submission, except in cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
For large packages (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, air conditioners, etc.), delivery is made to the sidewalk and may take up to 10 working days. If the customer wishes for delivery to an upper floor, prior arrangement with the transport company is required.
Special Cases of Shipments and Orders
In specific cases of large-volume or heavy orders, the shipment is carried out using transport means of G. Karvelas SA's exclusive choice, while some deliveries are only feasible in major urban areas. G. Karvelas SA reserves the right to reject specific orders and sales, promptly informing the customer and refunding any paid amount for the canceled order.
For special product categories, such as products ordered upon request, high-value items, or products outside the standard stock flow of guruelectrics.gr, a prepayment may be requested before processing the order.
Order Validity
Valid orders are those placed within Greece, and shipments are made only within this area. Orders are placed during the day between 09:00 and 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If the product is available, the order is dispatched the next day; otherwise, within 10 working days, at the cost mentioned in the respective customer information table. If the customer wishes to receive the order sooner, they must contact the company to explore alternative faster shipping methods.
Estimated Delivery Time & Availability
Before completing your order, the estimated expected delivery time is displayed for each product. This time is indicative and not binding. The final availability confirmation occurs during order processing and product collection from central warehouses, where shipment scheduling is finalized for available products. If the products are unavailable, G. Karvelas SA reserves the right to reject the order and cancel the sale. In such cases, you will be notified, and any amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded. Order processing occurs on business days and hours.
Order Shipment
To avoid potential extra shipping charges, the order is shipped only when all products included in it are available.
If you wish to receive only the available products in your order, please call us at 2816-007316, quoting your order number, or place a separate order for unavailable products.
The final availability confirmation is processed during the final order review and product collection.
Information on Unavailable Products
For products ordered that are unavailable but marked as "upon request," we will contact you to inform you about the estimated delivery time. Typically, you will be notified within a reasonable period of three working days from the order date at the contact details provided during your order.
Processing & Receiving Shipments
It is clearly stated that your order products are shipped, and the responsibility for transportation to the designated point remains with G. Karvelas SA until you receive them. If you choose your own transport company or self-transport, you bear the responsibility for the shipment.
Additionally, upon receiving the goods, you must thoroughly check the product and its packaging for any potential damage during transport.
If you notice any packaging issues, please do not accept the goods but contact us immediately. If you identify an issue after receiving the product, you must report it to the carrier immediately and then notify us with the relevant statement.
