For the best customer service, you can choose the following ways to receive your order.

Shipping /Shipping Cost

Shipping in Greece will be burdened with shipping fees:
Lowest fee 2,5 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 2 kilos
Lowest fee 3,3 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 3 kilos

Lowest fee 4,1 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 4 kilos

Lowest fee 4,9 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 5 kilos
Lowest fee 5,7 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 6 kilos
Lowest fee 6,5 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 7 kilos

Lowest fee 7,3 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 8 kilos
Lowest fee 8,1 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 9 kilos
Lowest fee 8,9 euro with VAT regardless of the value of your order up to 10 kilos

ATTENTION: deliveries in remote areas cannot be done. The customer has to receive his order from the closest shop of the courier service cooperating with us !

As for remote areas, the final shipping fees are modified after a telephone communication and after the customer agrees with the transaction.

If the network of the courier service cooperating with us, does not serve the area where you live, we are responsible to send you your order alternatively, without any charges. Inaccessible and remote areas are excluded as the delivery will be realized in a local store of a courier service cooperating with us.

In case a customer, while registering their order, incorrectly completes the shipping data, and the calculation of the shipping fees is incorrect, the extra charge will burden the customer. The delivery of your order is done within 10 working days, since the date of its submission, except for cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions etc).

For large parcels (e.g.washing machines, refrigerators, cookers, air conditioners etc.) the delivery is done by the sidewalk and might take up to 10 working days. If the customer wishes to be delivered to a floor, prior consultation with the carrier must be carried out.

SPECIAL CASES OF SHIPPING AND ORDERS

In specific cases of large size or weight, the shipping is realized by means of transport of the company’s choice, while others are feasible only in big urban areas. KARVELAS INCORPORATED retains the right not to accept specific orders and not to accept specific sales. By informing in time and refunding the total sum of the money that might have been paid of the cancelled order.

For special categories of products, for example products that are delivered after being ordered, or are expensive or beyond the regular flow of guruelectrics.gr, advance payment might be asked for, before the realization of the order.

VALIDITY OF ORDERS

The orders that are valid, are those which are realized from Greece and as a result the shipping is done only in Greece. The orders are realized during the day from 9:00 to 17:00, except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. The shipping of the order is done the next day, on condition that the product is available, otherwise, within 10 working days with fees that are referred to in the relevant customer information board. If the customer wants the receiving of the order earlier, they ought to contact the company so that alternative ways of faster delivery to be found.

INDICATIVE DELIVERY TIME AND AVAILABILITY

It should be noted that before you complete your order, in every product, there is the indicative expected delivery time. This time is indicative and not binding. The final confirmation of availability is realized during the processing of the order and the collection of the products from the central stores, where the delivery of your order is confirmed and programmed (when the products are available). If the products are not available, KARVELAS INCORPORATED has the right not to accept the order and reject the specific selling. In case your order is not accepted and the selling is rejected, then you will be informed and refunded with the total amount of the money that might have been paid of your cancelled order. The processing of the orders is done on a daily basis during working days and hours.

ORDER SHIPPING-DELIVERY
In order for an occasional extra shipping charge to be avoided, the order is realized when all products that are part of it, are available.
If for any reason you would like just the available products of the order, to be delivered, please call us at 2816-007316, mention the order number, or please realize a separate order for the products that are not available.
The final confirmation of the availability is completed during the final processing of the order and the collection of your products.

INFORMATION IN CASES OF UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS

In case you order products that are not available, but will be, after ordering them, we will contact you to inform you about the estimated delivery time. Your updating is usually done within a logical period of time of about 3 working days since the date of your order.

COMPLETION OF SHIPPING WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

It is clearly noted that the products of your order are sent and KARVELAS INCORPORATED is responsible for their transport to the place you have indicated, until you receive them. If for any reason you choose the courier service or the delivery to be done by your means, then you are responsible for the transport of your order.
What is more, during the delivery of the product, the condition and the packaging of the product should be extensively checked, in order for any problem created during shipping, to be pointed out.
In case you trace some problem in the packaging, please do not receive the product, but directly contact us. If you trace any problem right after the delivery, you should mention that to the carrier. Please contact us afterwards, and inform us about it.
